Agreement to these terms

By visiting Luvlique, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from our store. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use the store only for lawful personal shopping.

Products, pricing and orders

We aim to present product colours, descriptions and availability accurately; small variations may occur because many pieces are curated or handcrafted and screens display colour differently. Prices are shown in INR and may change before an order is placed.

• The first-order Velvet Box offer gives an eligible customer ₹200 off when code FIRSTLUV is accepted at checkout.
• Discount eligibility is verified by Shopify at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is completed.
• An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, pricing, fraud or delivery restrictions.
• Personalisation text must be appropriate and within the stated character limit.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched to the address confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address. Tracking becomes available after a courier and AWB are assigned.

Returns, exchanges and damaged orders

Returns or exchanges are accepted for a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product delivered, subject to verification. Contact us promptly with the order number and a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and issue.

• Items must remain unused with the original box, tags and accessories.
• Personalised and custom-selected boxes are not eligible for preference-based return or exchange.
• Do not ship a return until Luvlique support confirms the process and address.

Store use and responsibility

Store content, photographs, branding and designs belong to Luvlique or their respective owners and may not be copied commercially without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luvlique is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of products, third-party service interruptions or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
