These terms explain how our store works and what you can expect from us. Please read them before placing an order.

Agreement to these terms

By visiting Luvlique, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from our store. You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and to use the store only for lawful, personal shopping.

Products and pricing

We aim to show product colours, descriptions and availability accurately. Small variations may occur, because many pieces are curated or handcrafted and screens display colour differently.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change before an order is placed. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

• An order is accepted once it is confirmed after checkout.
• We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions.
• Personalisation text must be appropriate and within the stated character limit. We may decline text that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes, such as our first-order code, have their own conditions shown with the offer. Eligibility is checked at checkout, and a code cannot be applied after an order is completed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by authorised payment providers. Cash on delivery is available. Luvlique does not store complete card or UPI details.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered to the address confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address. Our Shipping Policy has the details.

Returns, exchanges and damaged orders

Returns or exchanges are accepted for a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product delivered, subject to verification with a clear, continuous unboxing video. Personalised and custom-selected boxes are not eligible for preference-based return or exchange. Our Returns & Refunds policy has the details.

Intellectual property

Store content, photographs, branding and designs belong to Luvlique or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luvlique is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of products, interruptions to third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
